Regardless of the specific service you require, please ensure you bring the following items to your appointment:
Unexpired physical photo identification (Passport, Driver’s License, Ontario Photo Card, or PR Card).
If your document requires a signature or oath, do not sign it in advance. It must be signed in front of the Notary Public.
If you require certified true copies, you must bring the physical original document for inspection.
